How to Get Assistance with Advisement

  • Meet Your Success Coach

Every student at MCC is assigned a Success Coach who specializes in your academic pathway. Your Success Coach is your go-to person for advising support, helping you plan your courses and staying on track to meet your goals.

  • Virtual & In-Person Appointments Available

You can connect with your Success Coach either virtually or in person. Simply log into your myMCC account to scheduling system, Starfish, to schedule your appointment. 

  • Find Your Success Coach

Your assigned Success Coach can be found on your Degree Works worksheet or your Starfish network page.  If you have trouble locating your advisor or have any questions, feel free to email an Advisor eAdvisor@fuchanke0431.com for assistance.

Getting Started with your myMCC Account

If you haven’t already set up your myMCC account, please use our online form to set up your network account. If you need help with your myMCC account activation, email the Student Technology Help Desk for assistance.

Special Note for Some Students

If you're enrolled in a program at the Applied Technologies Center or Public Safety Training Facility, you’ll need to contact those departments directly for advisement and registration.
